Innovation	A process or methodology that brings a new change. This could be transferring already developed technology to a different application or implementation of a different 'way of working'. Private companies develop and adopt innovative products/services; Public organisations tender opportunities, policy and regulation.
RTD	Research and technical development is high level research, including practical research -> transforming knowledge -> technology -> product/service.
