| 4 Regional Joint Action Plans |
T4.1 Analyse Joint Action Plan options per region (so-called Regional Joint Action Plan). This task will lead to internal working documents (per region). T4.1.1 Analyse labour force, skills and knowledge transfer aspects (e.g. researcher mobility within research arena and between research and industry; enhancing skills and knowledge transfer between business entities and between research entities and business entities -in particular SMEs- through networking). T4.1.2 Analyse options to improve and shared (RTD/innovation) facilities. T4.1.3 Analyse the support of research projects related to waste management and innovation. T4.1.4 Analyse options for SME and innovation support services, including the facilities provided under the cluster platforms financed by Europe INNOVA. T4.1.5 Analyse options for RTD and innovation financing and funding (private and/or public funding). T4.1.6 Analyse international cooperation activities options (e.g. visits, conferences, workshops, exchange of clusters’ staff). T4.2 Analyse Joint Action Plan options on consortium level (so-called Central Joint Action Plan). This task will lead to an internal working document (on consortium level). T4.2.1 Analyse labour force, skills and knowledge transfer aspects (e.g. researcher mobility within research arena and between research and industry; enhancing skills and knowledge transfer between business entities and between research entities and business entities -in particular SMEs-, through networking). T4.2.2 Analyse options to improve and shared (RTD/innovation) facilities. T4.2.3 Analyse the support of research projects related to waste management and innovation.
